Anita Filleti is a Senior Associate in the employment and workplace law practice at Avant Law, based in Adelaide. Anita has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients in all areas of workplace law. She has represented clients in the conduct and defence of litigated disputes before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court of Australia and the SA Equal Opportunity Commission. Anita has specific experience assisting corporate clients in the management of professional indemnity claims which often run parallel with employment and workplace disputes.
