Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (the Terms), as updated from time to time, are intended to govern the Avant Bookkeeping member discount (the Discount). The Discount is offered by MyPracticeManual Pty Ltd ACN 150 460 129 trading as Avant Practice Solutions (Avant Practice Solutions). Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Terms.
Eligibility criteria
1. The Discount is only available to persons that hold a current Practitioner Indemnity Insurance Product or Practice Indemnity Insurance Product with Avant Insurance Limited ABN 82 003 707 471 AFSL 238 765 (Avant Member) that are not deemed ineligible in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 below.
2. Avant Members whose accounts are suspended or in arrears are not eligible to receive the Discount.
Discount benefit
3. The benefit offered under the Discount allows each Eligible Member to receive 30% off expert medical Bookkeeping and Payroll provided by Avant Practice Solutions (Qualifying Services) (from $88/hr).
4. The Discount will be applied to the fees incurred by the Eligible Member for Qualifying Services, prior to calculation of GST.

5. This offer excludes all other offers;
6. Avant Practice Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms or cease the Discount at any time without notice.
