Travel cover for Australian doctors

Avant Travel Cover^ provides annual, multi-trip cover for you and your family, with protection up to the date of your next Avant Practitioner Indemnity Insurance renewal (up to 12 months).

Avant Travel Cover provides a range of benefits including COVID cover, which gives you peace of mind when travelling for business or with the family whether overseas or in Australia.

What's included^

The policy covers you for:

Unlimited trips over a 12-month period domestic and international

(up to 6 months duration per trip)

Includes cover for accompanying spouse and dependent children

24/7 emergency assistance

Unlimited medical expenses for injuries incurred overseas and no maximum age restrictions for overseas medical cover

As well as COVID Cover

Cover for loss of deposits and cancellation up to $10,000

Unlimited cover for overseas medical and associated expenses if you contract COVID while travelling

Cover for your lost earnings if you contract COVID while on a journey.

^Cover is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
