Angela brings close to two decades of practice management and healthcare leadership experience in specialist settings and holds a Diploma of Practice Management.
She has led practices through growth, service development and operational change, with a strong focus on creating efficient systems, building capable teams and supporting sustainable business performance.

She understands that sustainable growth goes beyond increasing patient numbers and includes identifying opportunities, developing services that respond to patient and referrer needs, strengthening professional relationships and ensuring the right operational foundations are in place to support expansion.

Caitlin has more than a decade of experience in healthcare, primarily within general practice, and a track record of helping practices run more efficiently. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Health Management and Leadership from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma of Practice Management.
Her work covers operational and workflow optimisation, quality improvement, compliance and risk, team development and financial performance, and she draws on demographic and market analysis to help practices identify service gaps, understand community healthcare needs, and evaluate opportunities for practice growth and expansion.
Areas of focus: operational optimisation, strategic planning, quality and compliance, and financial performance.
Gemma has more than 23 years of experience in healthcare across Australia and internationally, and was named AAPM SA/NT Practice Manager of the Year in 2021. She holds a Diploma in Professional Practice Leadership and is a member of both the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and the Institute of Professional Administrators (MIstPA).
Her expertise spans healthcare leadership, quality management, recruitment and HR, continuous improvement and digital marketing, with a particular strength in building teams and workplace culture.
Areas of focus: healthcare leadership, quality management, recruitment and HR, and workplace culture.
Nas is a personable healthcare professional with strong operational experience in practice administration and client relationship management. She has managed and supported practices across general practice and integrative medicine, with hands-on experience in AGPAL accreditation, continuous improvement and staff development. Her qualifications span organisational leadership, operations management and medical office administration, alongside a Bachelor of Business and an Understanding the Australian Healthcare System Certificate.
