Avant Life Summer Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

These terms and conditions (the Terms), as updated from time to time, are intended to govern the Avant Life Summer Promotion (the Promotion). The promoter of this Promotion is Doctors Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 56 610 510 328 AFSL 487758 trading as ‘Avant Life Insurance’ (Promoter). Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Terms.

2. Overview of the promotion

The Promotion is a promotional activity by which Eligible Participants can receive a $750 Webjet eGift Card (the Promotion Benefit) by purchasing a policy listed on the Avant Life Insurance Selection Tool (LIST) in accordance with these Terms. Policies include income protection, life cover, trauma cover and total and permanent disablement cover (TPD).

3. Promotion period

The Promotion runs from 12.01am AEST Monday 12 January 2026 to 11.59pm AEST Tuesday 31 March 2026 (the Promotion period).

4. Eligibility criteria

  1. The Promotion is only available to persons over 18 years of age that are a registered medical practitioner.
  2. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its associated entities, and immediate family members of each of these persons are ineligible to participate in this Promotion.

5. Participation criteria

  1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must meet all the following conditions:

    i) apply for, be accepted for and purchase a policy via the Doctor’s Life Insurance Selection Tool (LIST) which has an annual premium of over $2,000 (Eligible Policy);

    ii) have the Eligible Policy in force no later than Sunday 31 May 2026; and

    iii) hold the Eligible Policy for a minimum of 12 weeks.

5. Promotion benefit

  1. Each Eligible Participant will receive a $750 Webjet eGift Card (the Promotion Benefit). Webjet eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash.   2. The Promotion Benefit will be delivered by email after the Eligible Participant has held the Eligible Policy for 12 weeks. The email address will the one provided by the Eligible Participant. The Promoter will not be held responsible for undelivered Promotion Benefits and no replacement will be provided.
  3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any gift cards, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Other conditions

  1. In participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

    i) this offer excludes all other promotional offers;

    ii) each Promotion Benefit must be taken be taken as is and no compensation will be payable if an Eligible Participant is unable to use the Promotion Benefit as stated. It is a condition of accepting a Promotion Benefit that the Eligible Participant accept the conditions of use of that Promotion Benefit;

    iv) lost, stolen, damaged or expired Promotion Benefits are not replaced nor refunded. In the case of the Promotion Benefit being lost in mail the Eligible Participant will need to liaise directly with the post office. The Promoter will make an effort to help the situation but replacements are not guaranteed; and

    v) if for any reason any Promotion Benefit is not available it will be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the offer conditions or end the offer at any time without notice for the purposes of facilitating the continued operation of the Promotion.
