
Exploring challenging patient interactions
In this course we cover the management of factors that may generate a challenging situation such as aggressive behaviour or highly anxious behaviour. We explore ways to minimise the risk of a patient complaint and outline the management of direct patient complaints if they do occur. Finally in the module we conclude with the options if you are considering ending the doctor-patient relationship.
