Discrimination, bullying and racism is seen within the workplace, between colleagues or patients and systemically in your environment. In this workplace communication - discrimination course what have you been more aware of in your practice? Consider an aspect of your communication style that you have changed as a result of what you learnt in this course and how it impacted on your clinical practice or interpersonal relationships.
