Vulnerable beneficiaries webinar
For those beneficiaries who have an intellectual disability or some other vulnerability (such as drug, alcohol or gambling addictions), there are protective measures that may need to be put in place to ensure that the inheritance is not exposed to poor decision making or unnecessarily impacts on the beneficiary’s Centrelink entitlements.
