Webinar: From JMO to specialist - Physician

Some of the key messages from the webinar were:
- Becoming a specialist physician is a rewarding career if you enjoy diagnostic reasoning, complex problem-solving and the application of evidence-based medicine. Along with these traits, you should enjoy working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Don’t worry if you’re not yet sure which of the 33 physician specialties is right for you. As the trainees who took part in the webinar explain, the best way to find out is by gaining experience through rotations.
- RACP’s state-based member support officers are available to assist you with information on training and assessment requirements.
