Dr Bridget Clancy transformed her bricks and mortar practice into a telehealth practice in 48 hours when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Not an easy task when you consider that to conduct an examination she is normally equipped with an otoscope, an endoscope and a microscope! As an ENT and Head and Neck Surgeon in rural Victoria Bridget talks about the technology and other infrastructure required to deliver a seamless experience to her patients. Her aim is to deliver the same level of quality service in a telehealth consultation as a face-to-face consultation and shares how her and her practice achieve this.
