As you move through your medical training, you can be
confident that Avant will continue to support you and deliver a high quality
service. But don’t just take our word for it – the 2017 Avant Annual Member Survey
showed that member satisfaction increased across all core measures this year,
particularly among young doctors.
More young doctors would recommend
Our survey results showed a significant increase in our Net
Promoter Score among interns and trainees – more would recommend Avant to a
colleague than ever before.
Advisory Service (MLAS), which provides medico-legal advice, 24-hours a day, seven days a week in
emergencies, was rated our most valuable service among all our members,
including our young doctors. In the last year, our MLAS received over 20,000
calls from members for advice.
Our risk education resources were rated the next most
valuable service by our doctors in training. You can access these medico-legal resources
What could we do better?
Over the last year, readership by interns of the Avant
newsletters increased by a staggering 30%. However, we are always seeking feedback on topics that our interns and
doctors in training would like us to cover in our newsletters.
